Email Frieght Pay Invoices at end of process

Standing Orders - Reserve that number, and copy automatically via ticketing

When creating a Standing Order, reserve that number so that the dispatch is always the same. In ticketing, when typing in a reserved standing order number, copy it to today if it does not already exist.

Trucking enhancement - Products by Location

Ideally, there would be no Products by Location setting, and we could set a product to 'all' locations (which could be the default). But, since we don't have that, it would be good to have some sort of default when a trucking location is created.

Allow for a secondary location for ticket images after they have moved to the backup folder at the plant.
