ASSIGNIN is an Event that can be tracked, but there is no corresponding event called ASSIGNOUT for situations when a Scale Clerk manually checks a truck out of the plant. We need to track this so we can troubleshoot 3rd Party integration issues.

Product drop down fields need to match product field length.
