Have a COPY wizard type function on Vehicle to create similar vehicles/configurations

Fleet owners have multiple vehicles, having a COPY function to copy vehicle and associated vehicle configuration details would decrease manual effort and reduce errors when defining vehicles.

Trucking enhancement - Products by Location

Ideally, there would be no Products by Location setting, and we could set a product to 'all' locations (which could be the default). But, since we don't have that, it would be good to have some sort of default when a trucking location is created.

Trucking enhancement - Able to save new tickets by location

You are unable to set the 'Save New Tickets' setting based on Location. This means, for MOBILEticket (hauler) functionality, it must be on globally.
