As an order taker, I would like the ability to ensure vehicle demand does not exceed supply (which may vary day by day or even by time of day, as well as location/region).
Currently, Apex does not accommodate changes in vehicle supply. This does not work well when dealing with third party hauliers, as additional vehicles may need to be requested and available vehicles changes over time.

When confirming an order with the customer, it is good to confirm a time window as well. Between 2-4, between noon and 4, etc.

Showing Dispatch Time Window in Dispatch Schedule Screen
It would be very helpful to show the Start- to Finish-time entered in the "Dispatch Order" screen as a column on the "Dispatch Schedule" screen.
This would alert and make the scale house operator aware of the urgency of some shipments.

Apex will automatically move Dispatch Loads to future times when the Dispatch Order is updated. When this happens, you gain a picture of what your schedule looks like now. However, you lose the picture of what Dispatch Loads are late.
