As a fleet allocator, I would like to know how well I am utilizing each driver.

Driver utilization is an important KPI for transportation. It should be easily visible and regularly updated (perhaps in COMMANDtrack).

As an order taker, I would like the ability to ensure vehicle demand does not exceed supply (which may vary day by day or even by time of day, as well as location/region).

Currently, Apex does not accommodate changes in vehicle supply. This does not work well when dealing with third party hauliers, as additional vehicles may need to be requested and available vehicles changes over time.

As an order taker, I would like the ability to provide and record a delivery window (+/- 30min, +/- 4hr, etc.) to the customer.

Showing Dispatch Time Window in Dispatch Schedule Screen

It would be very helpful to show the Start- to Finish-time entered in the "Dispatch Order" screen as a column on the "Dispatch Schedule" screen. This would alert and make the scale house operator aware of the urgency of some shipments.
