Add Ability & Option to Automatically Email Tickets to Specified Customers When Ticketing
We have certain customers who request ticket copies on a regular basis. Having the ability to automatically email tickets for such customers at the time of ticketing would be extremely helpful to us and our customers.

When using the orders form, after entering the customer code, pressing tab causes an old/inactive order to be displayed/opened. If there are current/active orders available for the customer to display, only active orders should be displayed.

If entering a vehicle into the ticket screen, and that vehicle has an incomplete ticket, bring up the incomplete ticket instead of starting a new ticket
In some cases, a ticket is saved as incomplete to save information for later. When the vehicle is ticketed, someone has to manually check if an incomplete ticket exists.
